Care
Sports care
Sports care is a movement check and a talk about your load, for athletes who train several days a week.
We look at how you move in your sport and how your week is built. With your written permission, we share what we found with your coach or trainer.

A visit
What a visit includes
Your sport and your calendar
What you play, how often, and what is coming up.
A sport-specific movement check
Runners hop, lifters hinge and court athletes cut. We watch you move.
A talk about load
How your week stacks up, and what to keep and what to change, said plainly.
Hands-on care, if it fits
Adjustment, soft tissue work or both, with your agreement.
Notes for your coach, if you ask
With your written permission, a short summary of what we found.
Good to know
Before you book
How long and how often
A visit runs 30 to 45 minutes. Your doctor sets a plan after the exam, and does not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not claim sports care improves your performance or keeps you from getting hurt. We help you understand how you move.
See a physician first
See a physician first after a hard fall or collision, a suspected broken bone, or numbness or weakness that is new.
How it is paid
Some plans pay for part of a visit and some do not. The fees page explains how billing works.
