Care
Rehab and exercise
Rehab and exercise is a short set of movements you do on your own, shown in the room and matched to your sport.
We keep the plan small enough to do between sessions. Your coach's program stays yours, and we fit our part around it.

A visit
What a visit includes
A movement check
How you hinge, squat, reach and rotate, and where each runs out.
A few chosen movements
Two to four that fit your sport. We show each one and watch you do it.
A way to fit them in
Before a run, after a lift or on a rest day, so they do not crowd your training.
A check-in at your next visit
We look again and change the plan if it needs to change.
A written copy
A short list you can keep on your phone.
Good to know
Before you book
How long and how often
A visit runs about 30 minutes. Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and adjusts it as you go, with no promised number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not claim these movements fix a problem, and we do not write training programs. That stays with your coach.
See a physician first
See a physician first for a fall with a head injury, chest pain, or numbness or weakness that is new.
How it is paid
Some plans pay for part of a visit and some do not. The fees page explains how billing works.

Questions
Questions about this care
Do I need equipment?
Usually not. We pick movements you can do with your body weight, a band or what you already have.
Will this change my training?
It should fit inside it. Tell us your schedule and we plan around it.
Is this physical therapy?
No. A physical therapist is a different profession. If you need one, we tell you.
