Care

Care for people who train

Every visit starts with an exam and a movement check. These are the four ways we work after that.

  • Spinal adjustment

A hands-on movement of a spinal joint, given after an exam.

    About adjustment
  • Soft tissue care

Hands-on work on muscle and tendon, matched to your training week.

    About soft tissue
  • Rehab and exercise

A short set of movements you do on your own, shown in the room.

    About rehab
  • Sports care

A movement check and a talk about load, with notes for your coach if you ask.

What we do not do

Where chiropractic stops

  • No promised results

We do not promise a result or a number of visits. Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and changes it as you go.

  • No imaging by default

We take x-rays only when it is medically necessary, and your doctor explains why first.

  • No replacing your team

We work alongside your coach, physician and physical therapist, and tell you when to see one first.

Not sure which one you need?

Book a first visit. Your doctor starts with an exam and tells you what they suggest.

  • A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
